By purchasing or using any scripts and services on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any scripts and services provided on this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use these services.

2. Services Description

XIU Script provides game enhancement scripts, modifications, and account top-up services. Available offerings include:

  • Free and premium (VIP) game scripts and modifications
  • Account resource services (diamonds, coins, unlocks, etc.)
  • Regular updates and maintenance
  • Customer support and technical assistance

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of these services, you agree to:

  • Use all scripts and services in accordance with applicable laws and game terms
  • Not distribute, resell, or share your license with others
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Not use these services for illegal or malicious purposes
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the scripts

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable fees to be charged.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the products:

  • Refunds are generally not provided once the script or service has been delivered
  • Exceptions may be considered for technical issues that cannot be resolved
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase
  • All refund decisions are at XIU Script's sole discretion
  • Service orders (top-ups) that have already been processed are non-refundable

5. License and Usage

Upon purchase, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to use the scripts:

  • License is for personal use only
  • One license per user account
  • License is valid for the duration of your subscription
  • Commercial use requires separate licensing
Strictly prohibited: Distribution, reselling, sharing accounts, or any commercial use without explicit written permission from XIU Script.
Account & Top-Up Services — Additional Terms

6. Account Service Terms

Service products (diamonds, coins, unlocks, and similar in-game resource top-ups) require temporary access to your game account. By ordering a Service, you additionally agree to the following terms:

6.1 Account Credential Sharing

To fulfill a Service order, your game account login credentials (username/email and password) are required. By placing a Service order, you:

  • Voluntarily consent to sharing your game account credentials via Telegram for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order
  • Confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the account and have full authority to grant access
  • Acknowledge that you are sharing credentials at your own risk and discretion
  • Agree to change your password immediately after the service is completed
Security recommendation: Before sharing credentials, set a temporary password. After service completion, change your password immediately and check your account's linked email or phone for any suspicious activity.

6.2 How Credentials Are Handled

XIU Script takes the security of your credentials seriously. Commitments include:

  • Your credentials are used exclusively to log in and fulfill the ordered service
  • Login credentials are not stored, recorded, or retained after service completion
  • Credentials are not shared with any third party
  • No part of your account unrelated to the service order (e.g., payment info, linked accounts, personal data) is accessed
  • Credential requests are communicated exclusively through the verified Telegram account @whoisxiu

6.3 Credential Security Verification

Before sharing any credentials, verify you are communicating with the official account:

  • Only share credentials with @whoisxiu on Telegram — no other account or channel
  • Credentials will never be requested via email, DM on other platforms, or through automated systems
  • If in doubt, start a new conversation at t.me/whoisxiu and confirm your order details

6.4 Service Completion & Liability

Regarding service fulfillment and liability:

  • Services are typically completed within the timeframe communicated during checkout
  • If a service cannot be completed due to game restrictions or account issues, you will be contacted via Telegram
  • XIU Script is not responsible for any game bans, restrictions, or penalties imposed by the game developer as a result of in-game resource top-ups
  • XIU Script is not liable for any account-level changes, including bans, made by the game developer following the service
  • You acknowledge that using third-party services to modify in-game resources may violate the game's terms of service

6.5 Service Refunds

Service-specific refund policy:

  • Refunds are not available once a service has been successfully delivered to your account
  • If the service cannot be completed due to reasons on XIU Script's end, a full refund will be provided
  • Partial refunds may be issued if part of the order was fulfilled before an issue arose
  • Refund requests for incomplete services must be raised within 24 hours via Telegram

7. Account Termination

XIU Script reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • You attempt to compromise the services or other users
  • You fail to make required payments

8. Service Modifications

XIU Script reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services; change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers; update these Terms of Service as needed; and limit or restrict access to these services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. XIU Script does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, is not responsible for game bans or restrictions, use of scripts and services is at your own risk, and XIU Script is not affiliated with game developers or publishers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XIU Script shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, accounts, or in-game items; game bans or restrictions imposed by game developers; or any damages resulting from use or inability to use these services, including account services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XIU Script, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of these services, your violation of these Terms of Service, your violation of any laws or third-party rights, or any content you submit or share.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

XIU Script reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the available communication channels. Continued use of these services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
